PAMIR HERITAGE FOUNDATION

(PHF) was established in 2008 in New York City as a non-profit organization for the purpose of preserving the Pamirian culture and to promote variety of aspects in healthcare, education, art, sport, community development in Tajikistan and in the US for Tajik families.

The primary goal of the organization is to foster, promote, plan and execute programs aimed at improving the social, cultural, educational, economic and general welfare of the Pamirian-American community.

In order to achieve these goals, PHF provides and/or participates in cultural and educational activities and seminars and festivals. The organization also aims to aid new Tajik immigrants to assimilate in the United States and at the same time to preserve their culture.

At the same time, PHF organizes events to increase, improve and promote public knowledge and understanding of Pamirian culture, history and people. We believe that this would help to develop a more balanced and objective view of Pamirian culture and Pamirian people.

Pamir Heritage Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal revenue Code.
